Antenna patent co-owner Ink Deal to finish infringement combat

Law360 (Jan 22, 2021, 8:47 p.m. EST) – Co-owners of an antenna patent implicated in an infringement suit in New Hampshire federal court agreed to settle the case just months after the Federal Circuit appealed in the EU Torture “extremely frustrating”.

Plaintiff AntennaSys Inc. and defendants Windmill International Inc. and AQYR Technologies Inc. notified a federal judge in New Hampshire on Friday that they had reached a settlement in the lawsuit.

The notice filed on Friday was brief and did not contain any further details of the deal other than a statement that the parties “intend to file a dismissal clause without prejudice to the present lawsuit.”
