FTC Inks $ 32M Deal to Pay False Advert Claims for TV Antennas

Law360 (April 8, 2021, 5:47 p.m. EDT) – The Federal Trade Commission has filed a lawsuit against Wellco Inc. and its CEO in federal court in New York alleging that it had customers about the quality of their TV Mislead antenna products, including a $ 32 million judgment against the company.

U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil issued the FTC and Wellco approval judgment on Wednesday, settling the settlement and resolving all claims in the lawsuit under the order.
