NY City Says It Has The Proper To Deny App For Ugly Antennas

Law360 (April 19, 2021, 8:35 p.m. EDT) – A Long Island town is vying against a summary judgment by a Crown Castle unit that accused the local government of wrongly preventing telecommunications from building dozens of wireless antennas anywhere in town.

The city of Hampstead didn’t go wrong in questioning Crown’s proposed placement of about four dozen antennas – it even suggested alternative locations, but telecommunications weren’t open to the idea, the location said U.S. District Judge A. Kathleen with Tomlinson in a file released on Friday.
